Lonewolf 18,519 Posted December 9, 2009 Id (such as PIxxxxxx or CGNxxxxx and so on) is part of the name of species/varieties coming from seeds bank (USDA, CGN, AVRDC etc), but not all seeds came from that sources. And in fact the same variety (collected from wild or from "wild market") may have several names (or indexes) in different seed banks.
