Hi Stefan,

such wonderful colors!

yellow and orange jalapenos are very interesting and looking quite similar to a "regular" jala...are they hot and tasty as well?

kind regards

Dario

They are just as hot as the regular Jalapeno's, I found the lemon and orange a bit bland but the pumpkin was really spicy and good. The downside for me with these varieties is that the pods are pretty small, ±5cm at best.

Carlo, my pale MFPJ10 phenotype went Peach to :) Also found a plant that started putting out pods with long tails while the first pods looked like habanero's :fool:

Now I only need a white to complete the collection :hi:

Very good job Stefan !

First pods on the MFPJ10 plant.

Latest pods on the same plant.

It's not so surprising I think.
"Standard" Habanero White Giant plans has two different pod shape on each plant (one is similar to regular Habanero, the other one more "trinidad-like" without any tail).

I love the true history of a pepper when it can be known... my sources say that perhaps you are the true source of the brown jalapeno1422447807_brownjalapenoShot2022-11-19at7_49_15PM.png.f3b55d77ac352d6baf3b8500bfa29fb1.png
