time to pour these wonderful plants!

what about removing flowers???

Wow mate, the plants looks really good and strong!

Grazie! I pinch/remove the flowers till they are planted out into the poly tunnel. Otherwise they tend to stop producing new flowers and ripen of the pods hanging on the plant first. At least that's what happened with the plants that had pods during plant out last season. Wanna have some more growth first before I allow them to produce :blum:

I got it in a trade, all the person could tell was that it come from Brasil and ripen of white. So far it's growth habit is very similar with the Murupi Amarela, flowers are just as small. It hasn't set pods though :(

Some new pictures.

7 Pot Evergreen a week later.

7 Pot Jonah Orange. Sheet works but I should have done it the same way like I did with the tomatoes. Damn weeds find their way anyhow.

IMAG4258.jpg

The force is strong in these, Habanero White Giant, don't think I will get to see any ripe pods coming of this one but how resilient can a plant be?

I did bury the plants a bit deeper during plant out, guess that made the difference in this case.

Pimenta Lisa F2, dark pheno, getting back in shape again.

Cute as a bug :)

IMAG4257.jpg

The Datterini is getting out of hand here already :) Won't be long till I can top of the plant.

Very nice plants!

Fruits "marked" with a string were born in insulation? Or are they new hybrids?

Sorry, just noticed your reply :) Yes they suppose to be new hybrids I've been trying to make. Something to grow out during this winter and next season :)

It's been very hot these past days and it looks like it's not changing soon. We do have rain mostly at nights so luckily it cools down a bit.

The first peppers of the season have started to ripen of. Hardly any difference this morning but got some real color now. Madame Jeanette's, from pollination tot ripening of in 5 weeks. Plant is still inside but once the pods are harvested, I will plant it out inside the tunnel.

Yep, those are going as well. I just planted them out 1,5 weeks ago but they have started to grow again and forming pods. As soon they are bit bigger I will take pictures. Only 8 different varieties this season though. Hopefully I can add the Orange one next season :hi:

Not sure since this is my first season growing them but they suppose to be 7 pot hot indeed. The pods can get very big, like an apple. Got 3 plants going but the biggest one is setting pods first, about 80cm tall.

I'll let you know, though it will take some time since "green" pods normally take longer to get ripe.

When ripe they tend to have a bit of brown/mustard kind of color on them.
