La varieta' e' simile al Naga morich e al Bih Jolokia, la forma dei frutti e' intermedia tra i due, comunque sempre "a cuneo". La fonte originaria dei semi e' la banca semi AVRDC di Taiwan. E' interessante notare che i semi sono disponibili nella banca semi fin dall'inizio degli anni 2000, almeno 6 anni prima della scoperta ufficiale dei super-hot.
