We spent a few days in Barcelona in excellent weather. The food was also excellent with lots of peppers.

The spring was really on its way.

The bell peppers was amazingly large, some of them were well over 0,5 kilos! In Sweden bell peppers have 1/3 of that size. Compare them with the normal size eggplants (eggplants have big pods).

Some of the stuff we bought. I was extra glad to find Piqullo de Lodosa, one of those peppers that I have never managed to get hold of.

Very interesting! ... and truly a lot of peppers there! :good: We have to envy Barone who live there all the time ;)

Yes, Barone gave me some good information. Sadly we colud not meet. I envy him and all you that live in Italy, Spain and Portugal! But still there is a sunny day in Sweden with + 3,5 celcius (In Barcelona it was + 20 celcius). The snow is almost gone now, the birds starts to sing and flowers pop out of the ground. The spring is just around the corner:)RegardsPatrik

Really a nice pics as usual Patrick! Right now in Bologna there are +16C and the spring seems really around the corner...Vito
