Thanks for all the nice comments!
Antoher picture of the quite prolific Bhut Jolokia
Vinagrito-more pods than leavs;)
Fatalii - do they look ok? I have never grown Fatalii before.
7-pod from an Italian pepper mate
At last we have some nice spring days with temperatures well over 10 C
It is chaos at home - peppers everywhere, and I just planted the tomatoes... Some of the older plants like the Hot Pepper Lantern are doing very well. I believe the first pod will turn red quite soon. Of the 2009 peppers Purple Jalapeno has the first flower buds. Some peppers are still very small, like the rhomboideum plant. Speaking of capsicum rhomboideum it seems to be much confusion with this plant and its name (also known as capsicum ciliatum)
Hot Pepper Lantern - 3 years old, has never been outside.
Hot Pepper Lantern
Purple Jalapeno (or should it be Jalapeno Purple?)
PI 645680 Capsicum rhomboideum
This year I got loads of beans from Francesco, this one was very special, I dont know its name and if I can eat it - but it looks great!
Some other beans, once again some of them from Francesco, Thanks!
Another non pepper, I love growing tomatoes and they are particular great with hot peppers!
...and something to balance the heat;)

Christmas market at Stockholms bontanical garden.
Some hot peppers for sale (just tried the Bih Jolokia for the first time, I have tried Trinidad Scorpion before but I must say the Bih Jolokia was hotter. Phu...that was severly hot - 10 minutes of pain, just pain..)
Ida takes a closer look at Omnicolor Capsicum baccatum
Sorry for the poor quality of the pictures (cellphone pictures)

This plant of Trinidad Scorpion FG has not produced any matured yellow pods this year. Even though it has been producing pods during summer and autumn. All the pods have gone from green to brownish green and then they went “over matured”. When “over matured” the color of the pods have some yellow parts. I have seen pods on other plants that go from not matured directly to an "over matured" stage. But never before have I seen that this happens to all the pods on a plant. I took some pictures on the pods, se below.
I have seen tomatoes that where green when matured like green grape and green zebra. But I have never seen a green matured pepper. At the first I thought this might just be a green matured pepper, a hybrid from Trinidad Scorpion FG. But after tasting the pepper I realized that all the pods in the picture tasted like in mature pods and no one had any heat. This I believe indicates that the pods never matured as they should.
I did grow the plant in big aluminum coffee can. Maybe the pods did not like the aluminum or maybe it has been to wet in the aluminum container. Only the pods showed this feature the leaves and the steams showed no distress.

It really hard being a chilehead. I am already growing more than I can handle. And then I get these peppers, I want to grow them now!!! A big thanks to Sara. I wonder how these super hots can come in so many colors.
Blondie is still not white.
Cap 1492 - I love this pubescens pepper.
Aji Panca - Everyone who tried this one really liked it. Not very hot but tasty.

We spent a few days in Barcelona in excellent weather. The food was also excellent with lots of peppers.
The spring was really on its way.
The market was full of nice vegetables
The bell peppers was amazingly large, some of them were well over 0,5 kilos! In Sweden bell peppers have 1/3 of that size. Compare them with the normal size eggplants (eggplants have big pods).
Me and some rosemary bushes in the Park Guell.
Some of the stuff we bought. I was extra glad to find Piqullo de Lodosa, one of those peppers that I have never managed to get hold of.
Repotting day! Its hard work… Some of the pepper had grown a little bit to tall. I also planted some new seeds.
New seeds in the soil:

Its time to bring the capsicum chinense inside. This one has already shown signs of the cold nights. Its called PI 152225 MISQUCHO COLORADO and its one my favorites of the year. I hope I can bring you some better pictures of this plant later.
Petit Marseillais
Trinidad Scorpion FG has also moved inside
Last night I tried a very small piece of a mature pod of Trinidad Scorpion FG, in my opinon it had a wonderful taste with hints of citrus and mango. But after the taste comes the heat...arrrggggg.... Well it was very hot. Of what I have heard the (Red) Trinidad Scorpion should be hotter aswell as the 7-pod and the Bhut and Bih jolokias. Are these peppers really ment to eat

Well I guess I love peppers, cus when I saw these peppers on our vacation in a garden center – the where calling to me. I just had to buy them.
The peppers was: Monkey Face,
Cumari,
Fireworks.
The Bhut Jolokias now have matured pod, here is the red one and here is...
the brown one. I have not dared to try them yet...I guess I am in for a hot one;)
My Habanero plant
Some non pepper shots:
Today, it was a rainy day, Ida and Hot Pepper Lantern was out on the balcony for some photos. It did not went as good as I hoped. Ida loved to hold the pods, but she hold them so hard that the pods was almost crushed. I had to wash her hand carefully after this meeting...I wonder how it will work when I put the plants on the balcony more permanently.
Harvest after the Ida photos. 35 pods.
Hot Pepper Lantern from green to red;)
Flower of Brown Rocoto Capsicum pubecens
Thai Hot Capsicum annuum
Blondie Capsicum baccatum is now almost black
Petit Marseillais Capsicum annuum
Inca Berry Capsicum baccatum
Fenir Capsicum annuum
This year I grow aubergine for the first time, it is called Ophelia (mini aubergine). The first flower 9/5 2008.
Back to the peppers, Blondie Capsicum baccatum now have flowers.
Now many of my peppers have flowers (Cumari, Criolla Sella, Inca Red Drop, TopGirl, Tasmanian Red)
Tasmanian Red
The Jaloro F? now have four pods. The pods are darkgreen - it looks more like an regular Jalapeno than the Jaloro F1. Jaloro is a hybrid (F1) so my plant which I call Jaloro is actually Jaloro F2. I think I should call it "Jaloro Hybrid F2".
I grow some hybrids this year. If you look at my Tasmanian Red, you can see that it is not a pure Capsicum Chinense, It seems to be a cross with a annuum. I dont know if it stable, but I hope so. It looks amazing at a pepperfriends page Tasmansian RED
I also grow Trindiad Scorpion FG. It is a hybrid from Trindad Scorpion. Dont know what generation I am growing. F2 or F3? I hope it will turn out like this Trinidad Scorpion FG
Cant wait to see how they turn out.
Jaloro Hybrid f2

Today I took my Long chocolate habanero plant inside. It has been outside uptill now. I also brought the Hybrid of Habanero White giant inside. There has not yet been a night of frost. I wish I had more time to take more photos etc, but my daughter seems to take most of my time and shes is very interested in the pepper plants - so my job nowadays is to keep them away from her, its a hard job
Anyway here are some photos. I hope to do a big update soon.

Aji Colorado, second year that I grow this one from seed (the only one that I grow for a second time this year - I love this one)
The Chinense peppers, most of them. This year I am growing some hot capsicum chinense. In this photo there are two Bhut Jolokia (brown and red) and four 7 pod versions (Red, Yellow, Orange and Brown). There is one that has pods that looks like a Caterpillar, it is called Aribibi Gusano. The one that differs the most is the tallest of them Cajamarca this capsicum chinense have a pubescens like fuzz on the stems. It reminds me a lot of the Misqucho Colorado PI 152225 that I had last year.
It is crowded!
Purple Jalapeno, first pod of the 2009 peppers.
Santa Fe Grande, never grown this common pepper before.
As some of the late peppers as Long Chocolate Habanero and a hybrid of Habanero White Giant are harvested I start to dream of the next season, its only 6 weeks left! I took this photo in front of my pepper library. Allways nice to read a good book to get inspired;)
