Can you guess the pepper!
This pepper is related to Trinidad Scorpion, the seeds I planted are from a Trinidad Scorpion FG pod.
Here is a picture of the peppers that I will have on my balcony this year. Not included on this photo is Rocoto Brown and P. Padron.
A week ago we grilled some peppers, it was really nice. We also smoked 1 kg jalapenos (with some other annuums for our special recipe;)). Really nice but it took a whole weekend. The taste was great, but not as great as Jukkas Savukristalli (best hot pepper powder I have ever tasted!).
Some of the peppers of 2009
Yesterday we bought a small greenhouse This will hopefully improve my harvest!

Not white at all (yet!?) - White Rocoto. This pods looks much more healthy than the first pod that changed color. The only problem is that it is yellow like a lemon! Time will tell if it will turn into a white.
Many of the peppers now has small pods, like this small capsicum chinense Condors Beak ( It looks like it has some annuum genes)

Misqucho Colorado PI 152225 I love this one when the pods changes color.
Etkezipaprika, a very nice paprika from Hungary. Sweet and tasty. In my care more prolific than the bellpeppers, but almost as big. If your looking for a pepper that could replace the bellpeppers and you also would like a pepper that has a little heat, this colud be the one. Somehow my wife loves this one.
Edit 20081023: Just triend another pod. It was a lot hotter than the other pods. But still very tasty. I think I will grow this one again.//Patrik
This year I got loads of beans from Francesco, this one was very special, I dont know its name and if I can eat it - but it looks great!
Some other beans, once again some of them from Francesco, Thanks!
Another non pepper, I love growing tomatoes and they are particular great with hot peppers!
...and something to balance the heat;)
Regards
Patrik
Now many of my peppers have flowers (Cumari, Criolla Sella, Inca Red Drop, TopGirl, Tasmanian Red)
Tasmanian Red
The Jaloro F? now have four pods. The pods are darkgreen - it looks more like an regular Jalapeno than the Jaloro F1. Jaloro is a hybrid (F1) so my plant which I call Jaloro is actually Jaloro F2. I think I should call it "Jaloro Hybrid F2".
I grow some hybrids this year. If you look at my Tasmanian Red, you can see that it is not a pure Capsicum Chinense, It seems to be a cross with a annuum. I dont know if it stable, but I hope so. It looks amazing at a pepperfriends page Tasmansian RED
I also grow Trindiad Scorpion FG. It is a hybrid from Trindad Scorpion. Dont know what generation I am growing. F2 or F3? I hope it will turn out like this Trinidad Scorpion FG
Cant wait to see how they turn out.
Jaloro Hybrid f2
